The Eastern Shore of Virginia offers so much for locals and come-here’s and tourists alike. From fresh, local seafood, to world class accommodations, there is an insane amount of local talent. There are artisans galore on this narrow stretch of land flanked by the bay and sea, which makes for ever interesting conversation and learning experiences. Recently, the Shore opened it’s own Artisan Trail – the longest one in Virginia, in fact! The opening party was held at Mimosa Farm, a beautiful venue in Northampton County. Special thanks to everyone who contributed to the evening, including (but in no way limited to) Ten Good Sheep, The Island House, The Charlotte Hotel & Restaurant, Brown Dog Ice Cream, The Fig Street Inn, The Chair Place and so many more!
